 As a  holistic massage practitioner, I  consider the overall well being of  my clients. 


In some cases this can be a complex combination of conditions and symptoms, and in some cases, it can be very straight forward.


I will have an informal chat with you for around 10 - 20 minutes on your first appointment. During this time, you will have the opportunity to discuss your health history, lifestyle and presenting symptoms.


By applying various techniques from different modalities such as swedish, advanced  myofacial release, trigger point, deep tissue, stretching and breathing practices, an effective treatment that is unique to your requirements may be offered.


Your  information is securely stored and used only to provide you with a safe and effective treatment. It is not shared with any other parties.
